Robina Masterson-Jones

Robina’s role as a Training Consultant is to work in partnership with clients to identify their training requirements and develop customised training programmes that are then delivered by
one of our trainers.

Robina’s extensive experience in the services industry has given her the ability to listen to exactly what clients want and develop good working relationships. Her scientific background has also given her the ability to understand the technical nature of many of our clients’ markets.

Robina has a great understanding of the challenges faced by account managers and sales representatives in today’s climate and develops training programmes that show delegates how to manage these challenges and successfully grow their business.
